Ario Gum is based in Bulgaria, European Union. We ship internationally to Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Vietnam. All orders are processed and dispatched from Bulgaria.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bulgarian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons. Ario Gum is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
