Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping
Customers in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Vietnam are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Ario Gum is not liable for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Vietnam may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Ario Gum. We are unable to refund original shipping costs or duties paid.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
