What it is

Two routes in. A drink has one.

Caffeine chewed in gum reaches the blood two ways. Some crosses the lining of the cheek within about ten minutes; the rest is swallowed and absorbed through the stomach. Each piece carries 40mg of natural caffeine and 50mg of L-theanine, with vitamins B3 and B12. Sugar-free. Eight pieces a pack.
